Return & Refund Policy

All refunds are to be made within 14 days of receiving delivery. A proof of purchase and delivery must be provided in order for North Water to process your refund. North Water will only accept returns of product that is either damaged or defective. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping. Please reach out to us on info@drinknorthwater.com to coordinate a return shipping address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
